What is your determination?

One of the key health laws of life is exercise. At least thirty minutes a day. And this should be intense. You need to sweat. Sweating is a vital key to help eliminate toxins from the system no matter what kind of diet you are on. YOU MUS T EXERCISE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HEALTHY.
         This was me when I started to neglected myself. But I was determined to turn it around!
