I am not big on counting calories, as a means of losing weight. I believe if you eat enough raw high water content food and exercise daily you should stay in the range of your highs cool weight most of the time.
But there is that ideology out there that people have there minds wrapped around when it comes to eating their food when it comes to calories.How many calories does this food contain, or that food ect... You might be one of these. An even if you are not, the concern over calorie intake may come across your mind form time to time.
